1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products made through SaaS GHL Snapshot are final and non-refundable.
Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
2. 30-Day Installation Guarantee
We guarantee your snapshot will be fully installed and functional within the agreed timeframe. If we fail to deliver the installed snapshot within 1 business day of receiving your completed onboarding form, you are entitled to a full refund. 3. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.
- Incorrect charges — you were billed an incorrect amount.
If you believe you have experienced a billing error:
- Contact us at support@saasghlsnapshot.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Our team will review your case.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
4. No Refunds for Usage or Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use or implement the digital product.
- Dissatisfaction with features after delivery.
- Failure to achieve specific trial-to-paid conversion rates, MRR targets, or churn reductions — these outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
