Why this policy exists. SaaS GHL Snapshot provides GoHighLevel automation snapshots, AI agents, funnels, and related tools that interact with real customers over SMS, email, and voice channels. Misuse of these tools — including spam, deceptive messaging, or non-compliant automation — harms end users and creates legal exposure for you and for us. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with our products.
By purchasing or using any SaaS GHL Snapshot product, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use our products and automations to:
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, onboarding instructions, product updates) to users who have opted in.
- Run lifecycle email and SMS sequences to trial users who have voluntarily signed up for your product and consented to marketing.
- Automate customer support follow-ups, NPS surveys, dunning notifications, and churn recovery outreach — to your own customers.
- Power inbound AI receptionists, chatbots, and voice agents for your own business operations.
- Manage CRM pipelines, automations, and workflows within GoHighLevel for your own agency or SaaS product.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products to:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam). All SMS and email outreach must be to users who have provided clear, affirmative opt-in consent in compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
- Harvest or purchase contact lists for bulk outreach without individual opt-in consent.
- Impersonate another business or individual in automated messages or AI agent scripts.
- Violate A2P 10DLC rules. All SMS campaigns using our snapshot must be registered under a properly approved A2P 10DLC campaign. Do not send traffic on unregistered campaigns.
- Transmit illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content through any automation, AI agent, or messaging workflow.
- Circumvent opt-out requests. Any contact who replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or equivalent must be immediately removed from all SMS and email campaigns. Our snapshots include this logic by default — do not remove it.
- Use the products for any purpose that violates applicable law, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (where applicable), or any financial services regulation.
3. SMS / TCPA Compliance
Our automation workflows send SMS messages. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining prior express written consent from all recipients before sending marketing SMS.
- Maintaining records of consent for a minimum of 4 years.
- Including clear opt-out language in every marketing SMS (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").
- Honoring opt-out requests immediately and permanently.
- Registering all SMS campaigns under your own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign.
SaaS GHL Snapshot is not liable for TCPA violations arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
4. Email / CAN-SPAM Compliance
All email sequences included in our snapshot must be used in compliance with CAN-SPAM:
- Every marketing email must include a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
- Your physical mailing address must appear in every commercial email.
- Subject lines must not be deceptive.
- Unsubscribe requests must be honored within 10 business days.
5. AI Agent and Voice Automation
If you deploy AI voice agents or chatbots using our snapshot or integrations:
- The AI must not claim to be human when sincerely asked by a user whether they are speaking with a person or a bot.
- You must disclose AI involvement in accordance with applicable law (including California AB 1424 and equivalent legislation).
- AI agents must not make false claims about your product, pricing, or capabilities.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your access to our products without notice or refund.
- Report violations to GoHighLevel, Twilio, or relevant regulatory authorities.
- Pursue damages under applicable law.
7. VA Service Engagement Terms
If you have purchased a dedicated GHL VA service, the following additional terms apply:
Notice & Cancellation
- During trial (first 3 months): 2 business days' notice before the next invoice charge.
- After 3 months (permanent VA): 15 business days' advance written notice via email. VA continues working through the notice period; final invoice prorated.
- VA leaves voluntarily: 15 business days' advance written notice. Knowledge transfer and replacement handled by us.
- Mid-cycle refund: Not available. Once an invoice is paid, no partial refund.
Replacement Guarantee
If your VA is not performing — missing deadlines, poor communication, or quality issues — contact us immediately. We will investigate and assign a replacement within 5 business days at no extra charge.
Confidentiality
Every VA signs an NDA before accessing any client account. All work product is owned by you (full IP transfer). Any VA found engaging in unauthorized access or misconduct will face immediate removal and legal action.
Working Hours
Standard VA hours are 8 hours/day, Mon–Fri. US ET / CT / PT time zones supported. Daily updates provided via your preferred channel (Slack, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
